Treat yourself to a drive through the secluded community of Vaquero River Estates. This lot is one of my favorites as it sits on a street graced with beautiful mature Oak trees. You can see from the pictures, this lot would make a perfect canvas to create your dream home. It boasts an abundance of space for kids to explore and is gated for safety and privacy. Living in Vaquero River Estates gives you access to a community boat ramp to the Tres Palacios River. For you fisherman, the Tres Palacios River flows in a southerly direction and empties into the Tres Palacios Bay, an arm of Matagorda Bay. You’re only about a thirty minute drive to the coastal town of Matagorda. Lot 33 is a large 1.32 acre lot that is cleared, has electricity and water. All you would need to add is your septic system.
